Od is the internal virtual currency used on the HIRI platform. It’s intended for accessing certain functions and additional features.

Where can I see my Od balance?
After logging in, visit the “Balance” or “Od Balance” section to view your current Od balance and transaction history.
How do I acquire Od?
Go to the “Get Od” menu, choose a package, and pay online.
Are Od refundable?
No. Purchased Od are non-refundable. Unused Od remain in your balance and can only be used on the platform.
What should I do if my balance doesn’t update after buying Od?
Keep your payment receipt and email [email protected] to contact support. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
How do I use my Od balance?
When you activate a function that requires payment (e.g., viewing a CV), the system will automatically deduct the required Od from your balance.
What payment methods are available?
Od packages can be purchased with a credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.
Do Od expire?
No. Od remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
Can Od be transferred?
No. Od are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another account.
Where can I view my transaction history?
In the “Balance” section, you’ll see all Od operations—purchases, usage, dates, and descriptions—in chronological order.
What happens if I don’t have enough Od?
The function won’t activate and you’ll see an “Insufficient balance” warning. You’ll be prompted to purchase more Od.
Are there Od promotions and bonuses?
Yes. We occasionally run bonus promotions, allowing you to earn extra Od or buy packages at a discount.
Are Od payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely and your data is not shared with third parties.
